We will meet in person or through videocall, we will have 5 meetings just us, plus all the meetings with vendors. You can add as many videocall as you need, the additional will be charged 100 euro per hour.

Travel and accommodation costs are included for the day of the event and site inspections only for Lake Como, Lake Maggiore, Lake Varese and Milan areas.

Our aim is to create the most memorable event of your life, for this reason we work only with professional vendors of our team, expecially caterings, floral designers, rental structures agencies, photographers, videographers and music entertainment.

You can contact us through email whenever you need. We will answer MON – FRI 10 am CET – 5 pm CET. If you need a call or a videocall, remember to schedule the appointment minimum 48 hours in advance. We don’t communicate through Whatsapp.

We accept bank transfer and credit card

Defenitely! We will do as much, or as little, as you want us to do during the wedding planning progress. We alsways ask you what you prefer asd we then give you our suggestions to you.

We should need the following information:

a desired wedding date, or season; an estimated number of guests; where you would like the wedding to take place and the style; and estimated idea of budget

The weather in Italy is generally warm from May to September. July and August can be very hot, while April and October are usually cooler.

It depends on the town hall where you are getting married, we recommend to  be in Italy 2 full – working days before the wedding.

Yes, we can help in organizing elements of your wedding or you can opt for our “Wedding Day” service.

A deposit of the 30% is required at the sign of the contract, then the 50% as a second payment during the planning of the event and the balance two weeks before the wedding.

Yes, White Dreams’ team will be at the venue hours before the beginning of the event and we will left once the event ends.

We reccomend to hire your wedding planner as soon as you get engaged, and before you select your venue. 12 months before the wedding date is a good option.

We have planned beautiful weddings in less then 3 months, so it can be done.
